Coconut and Lime Gluten-free Sponge (GF, RSF)

Gluten-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free, Refined-Sugar-Free

A tangy lime icing covering a coconut gluten free sponge made from milled almond, buckwheat, tapioca, rice, corn, besan, quinoa and flaxseed.  This cake uses unrefined sugar.

All our GF sponge cakes are made with a large proportion of almond flour, not cheaper substitutes, hence the increased body and lighter texture.

Medium 17cm: Serves 8-12

Large 24cm: Serves 12-16
