Salted Caramel Ginger Semi-frozen Mousse Cake (GF)

Something surprising for the tastebuds - the warming taste of ginger set in a salted caramel cashew cream.  Perfect served with coffee on a sunny winter afternoon or snuggled up in front of the fire as an after dinner treat.  A bit of spice makes everything nice!

Our semifreddo cakes are best served 15minutes out of the freezer to maintain that refreshing cold texture, similar to that of a very smooth, creamy ice-cream.
