Monkey Chocky Banana Gluten-free Sponge (GF)

100% Plant Based, Gluten Free (GF), Refined-Sugar-Free base (limited use of icing sugar whilst xylitol remains unavailable)

A scrumptious fresh banana chocolate sponge with a twist of peanut butter, made from gluten free flours (premium Australian almond flour, tapioca, rice, buckwheat, corn, flaxseed), quinoa flakes, natural rapadura and unrefined xylitol sugar (temporarily unavailable until new stock arrives). The cake is finished with a delicate creamy peanut butter icing.

All our GF sponge cakes are made with a large proportion of almond flour, not cheaper GF substitutes, hence the increased body and lighter texture.  We make our cakes from scratch having spent a number of years perfecting our proprietary GF ratios without the use of synthetic additives.
