Classic flavour combination of raspberry and chocolate cashew creams are layered in this gluten free RAW cake.  Natural sweetness of of coconut sugar and dates is balanced by the sharper tang of raspberry and lemon, making it a refreshing dessert.  This is a true raw cake, containing no gelling agents, no biscuit crumb, no packet candies, no chocolate (as these ingredients are heated above 46 degrees when made).

Medium 15cm: Serves 8-12

Large 22cm: Serves 12-16
